Hey there!

I am a product designer and illustrator with a love of tea, picture books, and storytelling. I'm curently working at Intercom in Dublin, Ireland, where I'm on a mission to make business personal.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, I studied Human-Computer Interaction and Learning, Design, and Technology at Stanford University, and have previously worked at companies including Salesforce, Designer Fund, and Intuit. As a full-stack designer, I'm a product and systems thinker who collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and sweats the design details from start to finish. I write about designing workshops that work, and love blending design thinking methodologies with visual narrative to create meaningful products and experiences.

On the side, I'm an aspiring children's book writer and illustrator. I mentor students in design fundamentals, interaction design, and UX strategy through Designlab. I also sketchnote events.

Currently, I lead product design on Intercom Respond, where I shape product throughout the entire design and development process - from framing the problem to system design and initial research, to design explorations, wireframes, prototypes, and front-end development.

Aside from UI/UX design, I also enjoy flexing my graphic design muscles. Check out some of my recent print projects and posters below.

As an illustrator, I love drawing people and animals, and especially enjoy capturing expressions and everyday moments. I'm currently working on 100 Days of Colorful Characters as a part of #The100DayProject.
