Hey there!

I am a product designer and illustrator with a love of tea, picture books, and storytelling. I lead design for Intercom Inbox in Dublin, Ireland, where I'm on a mission to make business personal.

As a full-stack designer, I'm a product and systems thinker who collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and sweats the design details from start to finish. I have a background in Human-Computer Interaction and Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford University. Previously, I've worked at companies including Salesforce, Designer Fund, and Intuit.

I write about designing workshops that work, and love blending design thinking methodologies with visual narrative to create meaningful products and experiences. On the side, I'm a sketchnoter, aspiring children's book writer/illustrator, and design mentor.

As the designer on Intercom Inbox and Intercom's mobile apps, I shape product throughout the entire design and development process - from framing the problem to system design and initial research, to design explorations, wireframes, prototypes, and front-end development.

Talks, writing, and sketchnoting

I write, sketchnote, and speak about building product and the intersection of illustration and design. Looking for a speaker or sketchnoter for your event? Find me at cindyc [at] cs.stanford.edu 馃檹

As an illustrator, I love drawing people and animals, and especially enjoy capturing expressions and everyday moments. My paintings and sketches are based on childhood memories, observations, daydreams, and a curiosity with the world.
